With the residential renovation industry about to restart after the coronavirus outbreak swept the Canadian economy the incentive for under the table contractors and homeowners will be extremely high. Illegal, non licensed people who call themselves contractors (they are not!!) will do anything to entice homeowners to take the cash deal for their projects.
