360renos New Health and Safety Practices –

 

When Visiting a residence to discuss a project or quote –

Asking our customers if they have been diagnosed with COVID-19, or if they have any cold or flu symptoms prior to entering their home.

Asking homeowners to wear masks.

We will wear a mask during our meeting and sanitize our hands prior to entering your home.

We will not be shaking hands when we introduce ourselves and will maintain a safe physical distance during our meeting.

 

When the 360renos team and trade partners are working in your home -

We will be providing our Team Members with an ample supply of -

hand soap

paper towels

hand sanitizer

disinfectant wipes

Lysol spray

masks

single-use gloves

eye protection

 

We will clean high-touch surfaces and tools frequently including cleaning a dedicated washroom that the homeowner provides. Work space and washroom will recieve a complete wipe down at the end of day.

We will wash our hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

We will practice physical distancing as much as possible.

 

We ask for homeowners to stay out of the project workspace while the team is in your home.

 

Our Team Members have the right to refuse to enter the property if they feel in harm’s way.
